Terms of sale
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
EVO.CO srls ships to Italy, throughout the national territory (from Monday to Friday). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping by express courier:
- 6.90 euros for orders up to €39.99 (delivery time 24/48h)
- free for orders over 40 euros
The goods will be shipped within 2 working days from receipt of payment, unless there is stock availability. Delivery usually takes place within 24/48 hours (delivery time for some remote locations and smaller islands may be longer).
EVO.CO srls guarantees the timely shipment of orders received, but is not able to directly guarantee the punctuality of the Couriers it uses. Delays and damages due to the responsibility of the delivery carriers are not directly attributable to EVO.CO srls.
In-store pickup
You can collect your purchase at our warehouse in Via Roma 58/A, 62010 Urbisaglia (MC), just select this preference in the cart under Delivery Method. The time for collecting the goods must be agreed in advance by writing to the address: info@ecoy.it.
Damaged package
Please indicate the correct address where the delivery will take place and the telephone number that will be used only in case of problems. If the package arrives damaged, write on the delivery note "accepted with reservation" and send a photo by email. Only then can we request a refund for the damaged goods.
Packaging
In line with our eco-sustainable philosophy, all our products are packaged in cardboard boxes, recycled where possible, and all our invoices are printed on recycled paper. Packaging costs are included in the price.
PAYMENTS
Credit card
Choose Credit Card as your payment method and pay with all cards that have the Visa, MasterCard, American Express logo. You can also pay via PayPal with your credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account. To pay with your Credit Card, at the end of the operation you will be directed to the official PayPal page. Follow the instructions on the page for payment with Credit Card.
Paypal
If you have a Paypal account, you can conveniently make the payment by logging in with your account.
Bank transfer
You can pay for your order by bank transfer to the current account in the name of:

To ensure a faster service, we will prepare the goods as soon as you send us a copy of the bank transfer receipt (on which the CRO number must be reported) by email to info@ecoy.it, we will ship the goods when the bank transfer is credited to our account (on average 5 working days). Orders forwarded and not paid by bank transfer within five working days from the date of receipt will be automatically cancelled.
Mark
It is possible to pay on delivery with an additional cost of 5 euros.
BILLING
If you want an invoice, remember to fill in the tax code field and request it in the notes when ordering, it will not be possible to issue it after shipping. The currency accepted for payments is the euro.
PRIVACY
EVO.CO srls will process personal data in Italy and abroad, in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (Personal Data Protection Code), in compliance with the Code and current legislation on the protection of personal data processing. Any refusal to provide some of the data defined as mandatory or failure to read and accept the terms of this information, precludes the possibility of registering on the portal and therefore making purchases on EVO.CO srls.
The personal data provided are collected and managed electronically and processed, also with the aid of electronic or automated means, directly and/or through delegated third parties having the requirements provided by law for the following purposes:
- Subscribe to the service
- Execution, management and payment of the purchase order
- Statistics, market research, promotional initiatives and sending of advertising information material, by any means (e-mail, sms, etc.)
- Fulfilment of obligations under laws, regulations and community legislation
The user retains the right to exercise at any time the rights set forth in art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Code, in particular: the right to access their personal data, request their rectification, updating and cancellation if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of current legislation, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons, by making a request, in written form, to the Customer Service EVO.CO srls with headquarters in Via Roma n. 58/A, 62010 Urbisaglia (MC), ITALY.

TERMS OF SALE
This site is owned by: EVO.CO srls. Sales of products on the site www.ecoy.it are identified as distance contracts and are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts.
All information on our Conditions of Sale are contained in this section and in the Payment Methods, Shipping and Privacy sections. We invite you to carefully read all the conditions of sale before sending the order. Sending the order is considered acceptance of the conditions of sale in force on the date of the order itself.
Contract
The order sent by you to EVO.CO srls must be complete in all its parts and contain all your data, the place of delivery and the list of products ordered, otherwise it will be null and void, EVO.CO srls will send you an order receipt confirmation by e-mail. By placing an order, the Customer declares:
to be a consumer as provided for in art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
to be of legal age;
that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful;
of having read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and of fully accepting the general and payment conditions indicated in the purchase procedure.
Availability and delivery
EVO.CO srls undertakes to accept orders within the limits of the available stock of goods. In particular circumstances, EVO.CO srls may not be able to ensure the availability of all the products offered and cannot therefore be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. EVO.CO srls undertakes, in accordance with the law, to inform you promptly of any unavailability of the product ordered. In the event of permanent unavailability, if it is not possible to provide an item of equivalent quality and price, the order will be automatically cancelled. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is invited and in any case required to check:
that the number of packages actually delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
that the packaging of the parcels is intact in all its parts, not damaged, nor compromised by atmospheric events or in any way altered.
Important: Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by placing a written control reservation (specifying the reason for the reservation) on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 10 days of receiving the goods, upon communication via e-mail to be sent to info@ecoy.it. In the communication you must indicate the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal and attach a copy of the original sales letter in your possession.
Once the aforementioned withdrawal communication has been received, EVO.CO srls Customer Service will contact you via email or telephone to arrange the return of the goods, which must be made by ordinary postal parcel within 10 days of receipt, to the address that will be indicated in the email confirming receipt of the return communication.
By law, you are responsible for returning the item.
The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts. The right of withdrawal lapses in the event of the original packaging being missing, or in the absence of integral parts of the product, in the event of damage to the product for reasons other than its transport or in the event of exceeding the time limits established by law for reasons not deriving from EVO.CO srls.
The shipment, until the moment of receipt in our warehouse is under your complete responsibility. In case of damage to the goods during transport, we will promptly notify you of the incident to allow you to file a complaint against the courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs at your expense, and the request for withdrawal will be canceled. Upon arrival in the warehouse.
Prices and payment methods
The prices indicated on the ecoy.it website are in euros, including VAT, excluding transport costs. The prices applied are those indicated on the website at the time of the order. The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of shipping, must be paid at the time of the online order, by credit card or advance bank transfer. The tax documentation will be issued by EVO.CO srls at the time of shipment.
Warranties and responsibilities
EVO.CO srls, within the limits of availability as regulated above, guarantees that the products delivered will be the same as those indicated and described on the site. EVO.CO srls guarantees compliance with all regulations regarding the conservation of the products until the moment of delivery to the place indicated in the order. The manufacturer's responsibility applies to all products sold. In the case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information given on the packages. The images on the site are provided to facilitate the recognition of the products. Due to variations in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.
Billing
EVO.CO srls is not subject to the obligation to certify collections, therefore the invoice to private individuals is not issued unless expressly requested (it is possible to highlight it in the "notes" of the order, indicating the tax code). For subjects with VAT numbers, the invoice is automatically generated by filling in the "VAT number" field.
Complaints
Any complaints must be addressed in writing, by registered mail with return receipt to EVO.CO srls, Via Roma n. 58/A, 62010 Urbisaglia (MC), ITALY.
